Is the free version actually free?
Yes. No trial, no countdown, no feature that quietly stops working after thirty days. The builder, all four form types, spam protection, the submissions inbox and the REST API are yours to keep. Pro is there when you need payments, advanced fields, webhooks and integrations.
What counts as a “site”?
Any WordPress install where Pro is activated with your license. Starter covers one, Pro covers five and Agency has no limit. Moving a site? Deactivate it from your account and the slot is free again.
How do I connect Pro to my website?
Install SubtleForms Pro, press Connect, and approve the site from your SubtleForms account. No copying keys between browser tabs, though if you prefer pasting a key, that works too.
How do renewals work?
Each license runs for a year. Renew from your account before it expires and you pay roughly 30% less than the first year. We’ll email you a reminder well before the date, not the morning of.
Can I get a refund?
If Pro isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase (or renewal) with your order number and we’ll refund you. The free plugin keeps working either way.
Will it work with my theme or page builder?
SubtleForms ships as a native block and a shortcode, so it works anywhere either of those does: block themes, classic themes and page builders that accept shortcodes. Fields inherit your theme’s styles by default.
What about GDPR and privacy?
Submissions stay in your own WordPress database. Data retention controls are built in, and SubtleForms plugs into WordPress’s personal data export and erasure tools, so a “please delete my data” email is a two-minute job.
