What happens when my license runs out?
Your forms stay on your site and your submissions stay in your database. Pro-only features, updates and support pause until you renew. Everything in the free plugin keeps working.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Pro later?
Yes. Pick the bigger plan when you need it; your existing sites carry on. If you’ve only just bought Starter, write to us and we’ll help you make the switch.
Do renewals really cost less?
They do: roughly 30% less than the first year, on every plan. We’ll email a reminder before your renewal date so it never sneaks up on you.
How do refunds work?
Email support@subtleforms.com within 14 days of buying or renewing, include your order number, and we refund you. Your license is then deactivated; the free plugin keeps working.
Can I move a license to a different site?
Any time. Deactivate the old site from your account’s Licenses page, then connect the new one.
Do you charge VAT or sales tax?
Prices are in US dollars, and the price on the plan is the price at checkout. No surprise line items on the last step.
