Who we are
This policy explains how SubtleForms ("we") handles personal data on subtleforms.com and when you buy or use SubtleForms Pro. Contact: support@subtleforms.com.
What we collect
- Account and order details: name, email, billing address and order history when you buy a license.
- License data: your license key and the URLs of sites connected to it, so we can check activations and deliver updates.
- Support messages: what you send us by email.
- Basic logs: server logs kept for security and troubleshooting.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
Forms you build with SubtleForms
The free and Pro plugins store form entries in your own WordPress database. We do not receive the entries your visitors submit. You are responsible for how you use that data, and the plugin gives you a GDPR consent field and data retention settings to help.
How long we keep data
We keep order and license records for as long as needed for accounting and to provide updates and support, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email support@subtleforms.com.
